Yi Nian Jue is a Buddhist practice app: scripture reading, short and long dharma videos, comments and bookmarks, plus an optional membership and donations. It is maintained by an individual developer.

如何删除我的账号？ · How do I delete my account?
您可以在应用内删除您的账号：打开「设置」，选择「删除账号」并确认。删除立即生效且不可恢复： 账号信息与互动内容（评论、点赞、收藏）会被删除；捐赠与订阅记录因财务凭证需要而保留， 与隐私政策中的承诺一致。若您无法打开应用，也可发送邮件至 jzha471@aucklanduni.ac.nz， 注明您的登录方式（Apple 或 Google 登录），我们核实后为您删除。
You can delete your account inside the app: open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account details and interactions (comments, likes, bookmarks) are removed, while donation and subscription records are retained for financial record-keeping, exactly as the privacy policy promises. If you can no longer open the app, email jzha471@aucklanduni.ac.nz with how you sign in (Apple or Google) and we will delete it for you once verified.
提示：删除账号不会取消通过 App Store 或 Google Play 订阅的会员，请先在商店的订阅设置中取消； 通过 Stripe 订阅的会员会在删除时自动取消。
Note: deleting your account does not cancel a membership subscribed through the App Store or Google Play — cancel it in the store's subscription settings first. Stripe subscriptions are cancelled automatically when the account is deleted.

If Apple or Google sign-in fails, check your connection and retry. Still stuck? Email us with the sign-in method you used and what the screen said.
会员与捐赠的付款问题？ · Billing questions
会员订阅与捐赠的付款分别由 Apple、Google 或 Stripe 处理，我们的服务器不接触您的银行卡信息。 通过 App Store 完成的购买，退款需向 Apple 申请（reportaproblem.apple.com）； 其他付款问题请直接来信。
Payments are handled by Apple, Google or Stripe; our servers never see your card. Refunds for App Store purchases go through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). For anything else, just email us.
反馈里的截图会保存多久？ · What happens to feedback screenshots?
您随反馈上传的截图会在 90 天后被自动删除；反馈的文字内容会保留，以便追溯问题处理记录。
Screenshots you attach to feedback are automatically deleted after 90 days; the text of your report is kept so the history of an issue remains readable.
