本应用由个人开发者维护，提供佛法内容的浏览与互动。使用本应用即表示您同意以下条款。 与本条款并列的还有隐私政策，说明我们如何处理您的信息。
This app is maintained by an individual developer and offers Buddhist content for reading and viewing. By using the app you agree to the terms below. They sit alongside the Privacy Policy, which describes how your information is handled.
一、关于本服务 · About this service
本应用提供佛经、开示视频与短视频的浏览，以及评论、点赞与收藏等互动功能。基础内容对所有用户免费开放， 无需成为会员。
The app provides scriptures, teaching videos and short videos, along with comments, likes and bookmarks. The core content is free for everyone and does not require a membership.
二、账号 · Your account
- 您可以通过 Apple 或 Google 登录。请对账号下发生的活动负责。
You may sign in through Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. - 部分功能（评论、收藏、写给我们、会员）需要登录后使用。
Some features — comments, bookmarks, writing to us, and membership — require you to be signed in.
三、护持会员订阅 · Membership subscription
护持会员是自动续订的订阅服务。以下为订阅条款：
The 护持会员 membership is an auto-renewing subscription. Its terms:

24 小时内扣取 The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends |

在「设置 > Apple ID > 订阅」中随时管理或关闭自动续订；取消后仍可使用至当前周期结束 Manage or cancel at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Access continues to the end of the paid period |

删除应用不会取消订阅。删除账号也不会自动取消商店端的订阅，请另行在商店中取消。
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription, and neither does deleting your account — cancel it in the store separately.
四、布施 · Donations
布施为自愿支持，不构成购买，也不换取任何会员权益或功能。除法律另有要求外，布施款项不予退还。
Donations are voluntary support. They are not a purchase and do not grant membership or any feature. They are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
五、您发布的内容 · Content you post
- 您对自己发布的评论与提交的反馈内容负责。请勿发布违法、辱骂、骚扰、涉及他人隐私或侵犯他人权利的内容。
You are responsible for the comments you post and the feedback you send. Do not post unlawful, abusive or harassing content, or anything that infringes someone else's privacy or rights. - 我们可以在必要时移除违反本条款的内容，或限制相关账号的使用。
We may remove content that breaks these terms, and may limit the account involved.
六、内容与免责声明 · Content and disclaimer
应用内的佛法内容仅供学习与参考，不构成医疗、心理、法律或财务方面的建议。本服务按现状提供， 我们会尽力维持稳定，但不保证服务不中断或完全无误。
The Buddhist content in the app is for study and reference. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The service is provided as-is; we work to keep it running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
七、终止与删除账号 · Ending your use
您可以随时在应用内删除账号：「我的」→「账号」→「删除账号」。删除立即生效且不可恢复。 如账号严重或反复违反本条款，我们可以终止其使用。
You can delete your account in the app at any time (我的 → 账号 → 删除账号). Deletion is immediate and permanent. We may end access for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
八、本条款的变更 · Changes
本条款如有变更，我们会更新本页顶部的日期。继续使用本应用即表示接受变更后的条款。
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the app means accepting the updated terms.
